Day 1

Day 1: Sacred Valley Classic Tour

We’ll begin in the morning with hotel pickup, then head to the Taray viewpoint to admire the full splendor of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Next, we’ll visit Pisaq, our first archaeological site, a true Inca gem with massive terraces, sacred sites, and finely carved stone temples.
By midday, we’ll stop in Urubamba for a buffet lunch at a designated restaurant, where you’ll enjoy exquisite Andean cuisine. We’ll then continue to Ollantaytambo, a strategic military, religious, and agricultural center that still impresses with its stone terraces and towering structures over four meters high.
Finally, we’ll visit Chinchero, where you’ll see the weaving process of handmade Andean textiles passed down for generations, as well as its archaeological complex.
Return to Cusco.
