Díay 1

Day 1: Rainbow Mountain + Red Valley by ATV

Our full-day tour begins very early with hotel pick-up. We will travel for about 2 hours to the town of Cusipata, where we will enjoy a buffet breakfast.
We then continue one more hour by transport to the town of Laya, the starting point of our ATV adventure. Here, we will receive a short instruction and a 15-minute practice session to get familiar with riding.
We start the ATV route ascending for 40 minutes through the incredible Red Valley, a landscape of intense tones that anticipates the beauty of the final destination. Upon reaching the upper part, we will leave the vehicles and begin a 20-minute hike, passing by an impressive viewpoint of the Red Valley before reaching the famous Rainbow Mountain Vinicunca, at more than 5,000 masl.
We will have free time to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and admire this unique natural phenomenon in the Andes. Our guide will share information about the geological formation and cultural value of the site. Afterward, we will hike back to the point where we left the ATVs and descend to the base. Our transport will then take us back to Cusipata, where we will enjoy a comforting buffet lunch.
At the end, we will return to Cusco.
