Day 1

Day 1: South Valley Cusco

Our half-day tour begins with hotel pickup. Afterwards, we will head towards the South Valley for a journey filled with history and stunning landscapes.
Our first stop will be Tipón, an Inca archaeological complex that stands out for its advanced system of canals and agricultural terraces, considered a masterpiece of hydraulic engineering. We will continue to Pikillacta, an ancient city of the Wari culture that amazes with its straight streets, plazas, and constructions revealing the legacy of a pre-Inca civilization.
Finally, we will visit the picturesque town of Andahuaylillas, where we will enter the church of San Pedro Apóstol, known as the “Sistine Chapel of America” for its beautiful frescoes and colonial decorations.
After this cultural and historical experience, we will return to Cusco.
