Day 1: Cooking Class in Cusco

Our half-day tour begins with a visit to a local market, where you can appreciate a variety of products and taste a wide selection of seasonal fruits. Then, with the help of a chef, you’ll have the opportunity to prepare some of the most representative dishes of our cuisine, including ceviche, lomo saltado, and the essential pisco sour. As a house gift, you’ll also enjoy some delicious chocotejas.
After the culinary experience, we’ll have time to share and learn more about the ingredients and techniques of Peruvian cooking, taking unforgettable memories from this gastronomic adventure.
