Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1: Journey to Machu Picchu Town

Our full-day tour starts very early, departing from Cusco toward Hidroeléctrica. Along the way, we’ll pass through the Málaga Pass, enjoying stunning views of Peru’s geography. We will continue descending into the high jungle until we reach the town of Santa Teresa, finally arriving at Hidroeléctrica, where we’ll savor a delicious lunch before continuing.
From Hidroeléctrica, our hike begins, taking approximately two hours to reach Machu Picchu Town (Aguas Calientes). The flat trail runs parallel to the railway and offers incredible landscapes. Upon arrival, you can leave your luggage at our hotel and explore the town on your own, visiting the hot springs, butterfly garden, museum, and stone carvings.

Day 2

Day 2: Visit to Machu Picchu

Our second day begins with a trip to the buses that will take us to the Llaqta of Machu Picchu, where we’ll have a guided tour. You’ll admire the impressive architecture and learn about the history, enigmas, and significance of Machu Picchu, capturing amazing photographs and soaking in the energy of the site.
After a unique tour of Machu Picchu, you can relax before returning to Aguas Calientes and then back to Hidroeléctrica, where our transport will be waiting to take you back to Cusco.
